Choose a signature below and click “Copy Email Signature.” Then follow the instructions below for your email provider.

Customizing Your Social Links:
After pasting your signature, click on each social media icon to update the link to your personal profile.
In most email apps:
•Click the icon once to select it
•Right-click (or control-click on Mac)
•Select Edit Link or Hyperlink
•Paste your personal profile URL
Example:
•Instagram: https://instagram.com/yourname
•LinkedIn: https://linkedin.com/in/yourname
To remove an icon, click just in front of it and press Backspace/Delete.
HOW TO INSTALL YOUR EMAIL SIGNATURE
For Outlook (Desktop or Web):
Open this page in Google Chrome (recommended) or Microsoft Edge
Choose the signature that you want and click the “Copy Email Signature” button
Open your Outlook signature settings
Paste (Mac: Command + V | PC: Ctrl + V)
If prompted, select “Keep Source Formatting”
Update your personal details (name, phone number, etc.)
For Gmail:
Open this page in Google Chrome
Choose the signature that you want and click the “Copy Email Signature” button
In Gmail, click the gear icon (⚙️) → See all settings
Scroll to the Signature section
Click Create new (or edit an existing signature)
Paste your signature into the editor
Update your personal details
Scroll down and click Save Changes
For Apple Mail (Mac):
Open this page in Google Chrome or Safari
Choose the signature that you want and click the “Copy Email Signature” button
Open Mail → Settings (Preferences) → Signatures
Select your email account, then click the + to create a new signature
Paste your signature into the editor
Uncheck “Always match my default message font” (important)
Close the window to save
Assign the signature to your email account if needed
For Hotmail / Outlook.com:
Open this page in Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge
Choose the signature that you want and click the “Copy Email Signature” button
Go to Outlook.com → click the gear icon (⚙️) → Account → Your info → Mail → Compose and reply
Paste your signature into the email signature box
Ensure “Automatically include my signature…” is checked (if desired)
Click Save
If the formatting looks off (any platform):
Paste the signature into a new email first, then copy it again and paste it into your signature settings.
Tip: For best results, avoid using Firefox when copying your signature.
