HOW TO INSTALL YOUR EMAIL SIGNATURE

Outlook (Desktop or Web (https://exchange.460realty.com)):

  1. Open this page in Google Chrome (recommended) or Microsoft Edge

  2. Click “Copy Email Signature”

  3. Open Outlook:

    • Desktop (PC USERS): File → Options → Mail → Signatures (Click “New” and name your signature)

    • Desktop (MAC USERS): Outlook → Settings → Signatures (Click + to create a new signature)

    • Web: ⚙️ → Options → Mail → Layout → Email Signature

  4. Paste your signature

  5. Select “Keep Source Formatting” (if prompted)

  6. Update your personal details. Delete unwanted content. Save.

  7. Send a test message to yourself

For Gmail:

  1. Open this page in Google Chrome

  2. Click “Copy Email Signature”

  3. Log into Gmail

  4. Click ⚙️ → See all settings

  5. Scroll to the Signature section

  6. Click Create new (or edit existing)

  7. Paste your signature

  8. Update your details

  9. Click Save Changes

  10. Send a test message to yourself

For Apple Mail (Mac):

  1. Open this page in Google Chrome or Safari

  2. Click “Copy Email Signature”

  3. Open MailSettingsSignatures

  4. Select your account → click +

  5. Paste your signature

  6. Uncheck “Always match my default message font”

  7. Close the window to save

  8. Send a test message to yourself

For Hotmail /Outlook.com:

  1. Open this page in Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge

  2. Click “Copy Email Signature”

  3. Go toOutlook.com→ ⚙️ → Mail → Compose and reply

  4. Paste your signature

  5. Enable auto-signature (optional)

  6. Click Save

  7. Send a test message to your own account to see that it looks correct, before messaging clients

Troubleshooting

Formatting looks incorrect?

  • Paste into a new email first, then copy and paste again

Spacing issues?

  • Use “Keep Source Formatting”

Images not displaying?

  • Ensure you're connected to the internet when sending

Mobile Devices

  • Signatures may need to be set separately on mobile devices.

Tip: For best results, use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge when copying your signature.
