HOW TO INSTALL YOUR EMAIL SIGNATURE
Outlook (Desktop or Web (https://exchange.460realty.com)):
Open this page in Google Chrome (recommended) or Microsoft Edge
Click “Copy Email Signature”
Open Outlook:
Desktop (PC USERS): File → Options → Mail → Signatures (Click “New” and name your signature)
Desktop (MAC USERS): Outlook → Settings → Signatures (Click + to create a new signature)
Web: ⚙️ → Options → Mail → Layout → Email Signature
Paste your signature
Select “Keep Source Formatting” (if prompted)
Update your personal details. Delete unwanted content. Save.
Send a test message to yourself
For Gmail:
Open this page in Google Chrome
Click “Copy Email Signature”
Log into Gmail
Click ⚙️ → See all settings
Scroll to the Signature section
Click Create new (or edit existing)
Paste your signature
Update your details
Click Save Changes
Send a test message to yourself
For Apple Mail (Mac):
Open this page in Google Chrome or Safari
Click “Copy Email Signature”
Open Mail → Settings → Signatures
Select your account → click +
Paste your signature
Uncheck “Always match my default message font”
Close the window to save
Send a test message to yourself
For Hotmail /Outlook.com:
Open this page in Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge
Click “Copy Email Signature”
Go toOutlook.com→ ⚙️ → Mail → Compose and reply
Paste your signature
Enable auto-signature (optional)
Click Save
Send a test message to your own account to see that it looks correct, before messaging clients

Ensure you're connected to the internet when sending
Mobile Devices
Signatures may need to be set separately on mobile devices.
